Can you pay through your NDIS plan?
Hai Helper is a registered NDIS provider. Whether you can claim it depends on your own plan and goals, so it's always worth a quick check with your planner. Here's the general picture.
Self-managed
Pay directly and claim it back yourself. Most likely sits as low-cost assistive technology in your Core budget under Consumables, and may also fit Capacity Building. Low-cost AT doesn't need a quote or assessment.
Plan-managed
Your plan manager pays Hai Helper for you. Ask them to claim it as low-cost assistive technology for communication or information support.
NDIA-managed
Because Hai Helper is a registered provider, you may be able to claim it through the myID portal as low-cost assistive technology. Check with your planner or Local Area Coordinator.
