Install Claim Helper: The Browser Extension
Download and sign in to the Claim Helper browser extension, so you can copy your invoice details straight into the myNDIS portal.
Step-by-step guide

Open Claim Helper 0:00
In the left-hand menu, go to Claim Helper, then click Add to Chrome on the centre-left of the screen.

This opens the Chrome Web Store. In the top right, click Add to Chrome, then confirm by clicking Add extension in the pop-up.

Find Claim Helper in your browser 0:17
Claim Helper appears at the top right of your browser.

Pin it to your browser (optional) 0:21
Click the puzzle-piece icon to open your browser's extension settings, and pin Claim Helper if you'd like it always visible.

Sign in 0:28
Click the Claim Helper button, then sign in the same way you normally do, either with Google or your email and password.

Refresh and start claiming 0:44
Click Refresh on the extension. Open Claim Helper next to your claiming portal and start copying and pasting your invoice details across.
Tip: Claim Helper never submits a claim for you — you always check the details and submit it yourself in the myNDIS portal.
